1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding CA), the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Virgin Islands who are at least 21 years old at time of entry. Sweepstakes begins at or about 8:00 a.m., Mountain time (MT), on December 26, 2009, and ends at 5:00 p.m., MT, on February 7, 2010 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Limit of one entry via text message or two entries total (regardless of method of entry) per person, wireless-telephone number, or e-mail address per day (a day begins at 12:00:00 a.m., MT, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m., MT). Then click Submit Entry (once submitted, entry cannot be deleted, canceled, or modified) for your chance to win. In the event of a dispute about entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same wireless-phone number or e-mail account, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the wireless-phone number or e-mail account used to enter the sweepstakes at the actual time of entry. One (1) Grand Prize winner and one (1) First Prize winner will be selected on or about January 5, 2010, by random drawing from all eligible entries received between 8:00 a.m., MT, on December 26, 2009, and 11:59 p.m., MT, on January 3, 2010, and one (1) Grand Prize winner and one (1) First Prize winner will be selected on or about February 9, 2010, by random drawing from all eligible entries received between 12:00 a.m., MT, on January 4, 2010, and 5:00 p.m., MT, on February 7, 2010. All Second through Eighth prizes will be awarded at random by computer selection during the Sweepstakes Period, based on time of entry. Potential prizewinners must follow the instructions provided on the Web site or via mobile message to determine prizewinning status. Note: Official Entry Codes are not all unique, and prizewinners are not selected on that basis. Nonwinning entrants may not receive any notification of their nonwinning status. The odds of winning a Second through Eighth prize depend on the number of attempted entries and the time of entry. 5. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Each potential prizewinner will be notified by e-mail, text message, U.S. mail, telephone, or private delivery service (at Sponsors sole discretion) and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Publicity (where permitted by law) and Liability within three (3) days of notification. Winners guest must be at least 21 years old at time of travel and will also be required to sign and return a Release of Liability/Publicity (where permitted by law) prior to travel. In the event of noncompliance, if a prizewinner cannot be reached at the phone number, e-mail address, or address on that winners entry, or if prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable for whatever reason beyond the control of Sponsor, that prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner of the random-drawing prize only may be selected if time permits. If a Grand or First Prizewinner selected by random drawing on January 5, 2010, cannot be confirmed and verified by January 15, 2010, that prize will not be awarded due to lack of time before Super Bowl XLIV or the 2010 Pro Bowl. If a Grand or First Prize winner selected by random drawing on February 9, 2010, can not be confirmed and verified by January 1, 2011, that prize will not be awarded due to lack of time before Super Bowl XLV or the 2011 Pro Bowl. Sponsor is not responsible for invalid or incorrect e-mail addresses. The potential winners age may be subject to verification by a third-party age-verification service, and failure to receive verification from the third-party age-verification service that the winner is at least 21 years old may result in prize forfeiture. No substitution of any prizes will be offered, except at Sponsors sole discretion. No prize transfer is permitted. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of each prizewinner. 6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. All entrants agree to hold harmless and release MillerCoors LLC; The Integer Group; participating mobile-service providers; Avenue A | Razorfish, LLC; and the NFL Entities (as defined below); their respective parent companies, distributors, affiliates, and subsidiaries; the service agencies and independent contractors of any of the above organizations; their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (including advertising and promotion agencies); and all others associated with the development and execution of this sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this sweepstakes; participation in any sweepstakes-related activity; and/or delivery/misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, including, but not limited to, liability for personal injury, bodily injury (including wrongful death or disability), damage to property, and damage or loss of any other kind. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the sweepstakes or by any technical or human error that might occur in the processing of submissions in the sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; delay in operation or transmission; communications-line failure; or theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. 7. DISPUTES. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF COLORADO, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this sweepstakes, each participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Jefferson County, Colorado, having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive; incidental; or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys fees, other than participants actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
